A loan turns NPA after just 90 days unpaid

Get your life back
before you get out of debt.

The recovery calls stop first. Then our advocates negotiate your credit card and personal loan dues down, account by account, until each one closes — with a settlement letter from the lender to prove it. That is what loan settlement should look like.

What you actually get

A letter from the lender. Not a promise from us.

Anyone can say an account is closed. The only thing that counts is the lender saying it, in writing, on their own letterhead — and that is what we go after for every single account on your plan.

  • A settlement or closure letter for every account we settle
  • Written confirmation that no further recovery action will follow
  • Your approval needed before any offer is accepted
  • Everything in writing before you pay anything

From the day you enrol These calls come to our advocate instead.
Not to you.

The first thing that changes

Your phone stops being a weapon.

Most people come to us not because of the debt, but because of what the debt has done to their day. Fourteen calls before lunch. An agent at the door. A relative being rung.

From the day you enrol, that becomes our advocate's problem instead of yours. Recovery agents are bound by RBI rules on how and when they may contact you, and we hold them to it — months before any account is settled.

The process

Loan settlement in six steps, and you see the plan before you pay.

Nothing happens to your accounts until the whole thing is in writing and you have said yes to it.

01

A free consultation call

You tell us what you owe and to whom, what you earn, and what the recovery people have been doing. We tell you on that call whether your loans can be settled at all — and if they cannot, we say so.

Day one, 15–20 minutes
02

We read your credit report

We pull your report together with you and go through every account: which are already NPA, which are heading there, and what each lender is likely to accept. This is where guesswork turns into a plan.

Same week
03

You get a written plan

Every account, what we will offer, what you pay each month and for how long. Typically around 14 months. Everything in writing, with no hidden charges, before you decide.

Before you pay anything
04

The calls stop coming to you

Our advocate takes over. Recovery calls, field visits, legal notices — they come to us. You get your phone back. That is the part most people say changed their life, long before any account is settled.

From the day you enrol
05

We negotiate, account by account

Each lender is handled separately and settled when the number is right, not when it is convenient. You approve every offer before it is accepted.

Over the plan
06

You get it in writing

A settlement or closure letter from the lender for every account we settle. A verbal "we will close it" is worth nothing — the letter is the point.

As each account closes

Can we help you?

We would rather say no on the first call than take your money.

Move the slider. It takes a second and it is the same question we ask first on the call.

₹

Credit cards and personal loans only. Leave out home, car and gold loans — those cannot be settled.

✓

Yes — we can almost certainly help.

That is well inside the range we work with. The next step is a free call: we will go through each account and tell you exactly what is possible, and what it costs, before you commit to anything.

Book the free call

We can help if

  • You owe ₹2 lakh or more across credit cards and personal loans.
  • The borrowing is unsecured — cards, personal loans, unsecured business loans.
  • The loan is at least 5 months old. A lender will not discuss a loan taken last month.
  • You are genuinely struggling — missed payments, recovery calls, EMIs you cannot keep up with.

We cannot help if

  • The loan is secured. Home loan, car loan, loan against property, gold loan — the lender takes the asset instead, so there is nothing to negotiate.
  • You owe less than ₹2 lakh. You would be better off paying it down directly, and we will say so.
  • The loan is less than 5 months old.
  • You can pay but would rather not. We do not work with wilful defaulters, and that decision is permanent.

Why XeroDebt

Promises no one else makes.

If we settle nothing, you get every rupee back

Not a credit, not a part refund. If we cannot get a single account on your plan settled, the whole enrolment fee comes back to you. The exact conditions are in our refund policy, in plain words.

We never hold your settlement money

Several companies ask you to pay your monthly savings into an account they control. We do not, ever. The only money that reaches us is our own fee — your settlement money stays yours until it goes to the lender.

An advocate on it from day one

Not after the first settlement. From the day you enrol, recovery calls, agent visits and legal notices are handled by our legal team instead of landing on your phone.

Every 501st client is settled free

Every 501st client we take on has their entire settlement handled at no fee at all. Our way of giving some of it back.

Real stories

Priya SharmaPune
“Professional, patient and genuinely on my side. The refund guarantee gave me the confidence to trust them, and they delivered.”

Plainly

What we will not promise you.

  • That every account will settle. It is the lender's decision, always. What we commit to is the work — and our refund policy says what happens if we settle nothing.
  • That your credit score will be protected. It will fall. A settled account is recorded as settled. Recovery usually starts after about 8–10 months.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Is loan settlement legal in India?

Yes. A loan settlement is an agreement between you and your lender to close an account for less than the full outstanding, and banks and NBFCs do it as a matter of course — RBI's own framework recognises one-time settlement of an NPA. What changes with us is who does the negotiating, and that the closure is put in writing by the lender rather than agreed on a phone call.

What does it cost?

We go through the whole cost with you on the free consultation call, and then put it in writing before you pay anything — every account, the monthly figure and the length of the plan. There are no hidden charges, and nothing to pay to have the call. We would rather explain it properly than put a number on a web page with no context around it.

Which debts can you settle?

Unsecured ones — credit cards and personal loans, and unsecured business borrowing. Anything with security behind it cannot be settled: home loans, car loans, loan against property, gold loans. The lender simply takes the asset instead, so there is nothing to negotiate.

Is there a minimum?

₹2 lakh. Below that the arithmetic does not work in your favour, and we will tell you so on the call rather than take you on.

Will this affect my credit score?

Yes, and you should know that before you start. A settled account is recorded as settled, not closed, and that stays on your report. In practice people see their score begin to recover in about 8–10 months once accounts stop going further overdue. Anyone who tells you settlement protects your score is not telling you the truth.

Can you stop the recovery agents?

That is the first thing that changes. From the day you enrol, our advocate handles the calls, the field visits and any notices. Recovery agents are bound by RBI rules on how and when they may contact you, and we hold them to it.

Can you guarantee my debt will be settled?

No, and nobody honestly can — whether an account settles, and at what figure, is the lender's decision. What we commit to is the work: your own expert, every account negotiated, all the paperwork, and the closure letter for each account we settle. And if we settle nothing, the fee comes back.
